The Successful Applicant
ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear concise and organized manner. 2. Applies decision making techniques in complex situations to include anticipating and recognizing best practices and choosing options to maximize benefits to the office directorate or Agency. 3. Continues to expand and maintain diverse professional working relationships to actively and effectively network across directorate and Agency functions continually uses networks to resolve issues and problematic situations by sharing resources and lessons learned. 4. Builds personal leadership and integrity to demonstrate impact toward achieving office and directorate strategic goals and seeks opportunities to make recommendations to senior Officers. 5. Seeks to apply subject matter expertise to discussion advising and analysis in an office and/or directorate initiative or working group builds expertise in accurately assessing data considering alternatives and defending results. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. General experience in the IC or TS/SCI. Basic Requirements Degree: social work. Must fulfill all of the requirements for the masters degree in social work in a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Masters degree with practicum: Applicants who complete all of the requirements for a masters degree in social work that included a practicum are eligible for GG9.
