The Successful Applicant

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Directs and coordinates the work of professional employees to include assigning work to subordinates based on priorities selective consideration of assignment difficulty and requirements and the employees capabilities and privileging status 2) Provides supervision concerning evaluation risk assessment intervention treatment and case management for a wide range of client needs 3) Possesses a mastery knowledge of pertinent laws policies and regulations pertaining to the FAP and 4) Possesses a mastery knowledge of dynamics and diagnostic skills necessary for family violence identification risk assessment and safety planning and family violence treatment principles for victims and offenders. The incumbent must meet Tier III qualification requirements described in SECNAVINST 1754.8 Credentials Review and Clinical Privileging of Clinical Providers within Department of the Navy Family Readiness Program and possess a Licensure/certification by a state or U.S. territory that provides legal authority to provide clinical services as an independent practitioner.
