The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this position applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement 06/10/2026. TimeInGrade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet timeingrade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS11 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS09. The grade may have been in any occupation but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF50 that shows your timeingrade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF50 has an effective date within the past year it may not clearly demonstrate you possess oneyear timeingrade as required by the announcement. In this instance you must provide an additional SF50 that clearly demonstrates oneyear timeingrade. Individual Occupational Requirement: In order to meet the basic requirement of the Supervisory Social Science Program Specialist (Workflow Coordinator) 0101 series you must possess one of the following: 1. Degree in behavioral or social science or related disciplines appropriate to the position. (TRANSCRIPTS ARE REQUIRED) OR 2. Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. (TRANSCRIPTS ARE REQUIRED) OR 3. Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below: If you meet the IOR above you may qualify based on your experience/education as described below: Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. In order to meet the minimum qualifications for this position you must meet 3/4 of the following examples of specialized experience: Monitoring interactions to ensure consultation collaboration and expedited connections to treatment programs resources and emergency services occur. Recommending and informing management if changes to existing policies/procedures knowledge base standard work training or tracking mechanisms are needed. Providing expertise on a wide range of technical situations encountered in daytoday operations. Monitors communication from across different contact platforms (phone text chat). OR Education to Qualify: Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree which related to the work of the position or 3 full years of progressively higherlevel graduate education leading to such a degree. (TRANSCRIPTS ARE REQUIRED) OR Combination of Education and Experience to Qualify: An equivalent combination of specialized experience and graduate education as described above may be used to meet the total qualification requirements for this position. Only graduate education in excess of a masters or equivalent graduate degree which related to the work of the position may be used to qualify at this level.
