The Successful Applicant

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provides clinical oversight staff development and performance management to a team of clinical or social service professionals 2) Demonstrates program management experience encompassing strategic planning implementation quality assurance and comprehensive program evaluation 3) Demonstrates indepth knowledge of current evidencebased best practices for intervention and support for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence 4) Possesses professional experience in the identification reporting and clinical management of child abuse and neglect cases with a thorough understanding of relevant laws and reporting protocols and 5) Demonstrates knowledge of clinical counseling services and evidencebased therapeutic modalities.
