Basic Requirements: All applicants must meet the following basic requirements: (Must be supported in Transcripts from an accredited institution Resume and/or Applicable Certificate). You must submit a copy of your college transcript(s) (unofficial is acceptable) to support the basic educational requirement or a list of coursework with hours completed. For verification purposes the transcript submitted must include your name and educational institution. Degree in behavioral or social science or related discipline appropriate for the position. OR Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. OR Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. GS12: You qualify at the GS12 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience which is equivalent to at least the GS11 level in the federal government that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Participating in aspects of social science research studies or evaluation projects including study design execution analysis and results dissemination. Experience with quantitative and qualitative analytical software tools such as SAS R EXCEL SQL NVivo. Preparing written analyses and summaries to communicate research findings. Orally communicating and presenting information based on research findings. GS13: You qualify at the GS13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience which is equivalent to at least the GS12 level in the federal government that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Conducting social science research evaluation and analysis. Actively participating in aspects of research studies including study design execution analysis and results dissemination. Experience with quantitative and qualitative analytical software tools such as SAS R EXCEL SQL NVivo. Creating written reports to communicate research findings. Orally communicating and presenting information based on research findings.
