The Successful Applicant
Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including timeingrade restrictions specialized experience and/or education as defined below. Time in grade: Applicants must have one year at the next lower grade to be considered for the next higher grade (e.g. one year at the GS13 grade level for consideration for the GS14 grade level). For GS14: Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS13 or its nonFederal equivalent that demonstrates: Developing analyzing validating and presenting complex social science data information supervising developing and analyzing studies to analyze performance of programs experience in writing complex reports and recommendations for improvements by using quantifiable databased analysis statistical studies or surveys to assess risk cost benefit feasibility and effects on operational programs overseeing and approving the techniques methodologies program goals and initiatives to devise new approaches to program operation experience which reflects the ability to directly and indirectly supervise subordinate employees assign direct and review their work plan and carry out training and developmentsolve problems related to the work supervised. Theres no substitution of education for experience at this grade level. NOTE: To be considered for this position you must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements for the GS0101 series set forth in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards by the closing date of the announcement.
